The small thing to remember

Confirm that you can right-click and scroll reliably. A two-button mouse with a wheel is the simplest reference setup.

Check the two actions separately

Pounce Light says input customization is limited and recommends a mouse. A touchpad needs a way to press more than one button. Some have physical click zones; Windows can also provide a lower-right right-click area. Two-finger gestures can provide scrolling.

Try each action outside the game first. If a right-click does not work in an ordinary window, solve that device-setting problem before testing the camera again.

  1. Test right-click in a normal desktop window.
  2. Test scrolling on a page long enough to scroll.
  3. Return to the game and test the camera with the same device setup.

Use a mouse as a comparison

Steam's requirements describe a mouse with two buttons and a scroll wheel for camera control. If one is available, compare it with the touchpad before assuming the game itself is broken.

When asking for help, describe the gesture, what you expected, and what happened. Include your operating system and whether an external mouse behaves differently; that makes the problem easier to reproduce.
